Join the Movement
This movement must outlive its founders.
AI Sovereignty 2.0 is Here
You solved AI Sovereignty 1.0—running local models.
Now comes AI Sovereignty 2.0—controlling where those models actually reason.
Control where your AI thinks.
Amsterdam Launch Event
January 2026 (exact date coming soon)
We’re starting with a founding event in Amsterdam. 30-50 people who see the sovereignty trap and want to fix it.
Not a product launch. A movement launch.
If you think organizations should control where their AI thinks, reserve your spot →
Three Layers, One Movement
For Everyone: AI Sovereignty 2.0
Control where your AI thinks. Simple as that.
For Buyers: Private Reasoning Infrastructure
Built for IP protection, privacy compliance, and operational efficiency.
For Builders: Reasoning Sovereignty
The missing layer of control in your AI stack.
All three describe the same future. Use the language that fits your audience.

Implement
Deploy private reasoning infrastructure in production.
Options:
- Use Hurozo - Reference implementation, production-ready

Multiple implementations strengthen the movement.
Governance
Right now: These principles belong to everyone who reads them. Hurozo acts as founding steward—organizing, documenting, keeping things moving.
When we hit 10 implementations: Governance transitions to a council elected by the community. Rotating structure. Hurozo becomes one voice among many.
Always: Changes happen through open proposals. Anyone can suggest improvements. Discussions happen publicly. The community decides together.
The only way to keep control is to give it away—together.
This has to be credible as a movement, not marketing disguised as one.

Why Now
AI Sovereignty 1.0 was about having models. That’s solved.
AI Sovereignty 2.0 is about controlling what they do. That’s now.
Ten years ago, data sovereignty felt radical. Now it’s standard.
Five years ago, self-hosted infrastructure became serious.
Now we’re saying: Our AI thinks here too.
This will happen. The question is whether we build it together or buy it later.
